1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pflege Career website (www.pflegecareer.com) and any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Our Services

Pflege Career provides consultancy services to help individuals pursue healthcare and nursing careers in Germany. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Career counselling and guidance for German healthcare pathways
• Support with nursing job placements and Ausbildung applications
• FSJ (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr) and Au Pair program guidance
• German language training referrals and coordination
• Visa and immigration documentation support
• Qualification recognition assistance

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of Pflege Career services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the process
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your personal information or circumstances
• Cooperate with our team and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or personal details
• Comply with all applicable laws of India and Germany during the application process
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Our service fees are discussed and agreed upon individually with each client before services commence. The following conditions apply:

• All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• Fees are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Any third-party costs (language courses, document attestation, visa fees, etc.) are separate from Pflege Career's service fees and are the client's responsibility
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While Pflege Career strives to provide the best possible guidance and support, we explicitly do not guarantee:

• Job placement or employment with any specific employer in Germany
• Visa approval or residence permit issuance by German immigration authorities
• Admission into any specific nursing school, Ausbildung program, or FSJ placement
• Specific timelines for any application process
• Language exam results or qualification recognition outcomes

All decisions made by employers, universities, program providers, or government authorities are independent of Pflege Career and are beyond our control.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Pflege Career website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Pflege Career and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission
• Use our branding, logo, or name for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

7. Third-Party Links & Services

8. Advertising & Meta Platforms

Pflege Career runs advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to reach potential candidates interested in German healthcare careers. By interacting with our advertisements:

• You acknowledge that your interaction data may be shared with Meta in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy
• Information you submit through ad forms (Lead Ads) is collected and stored by Pflege Career for the purpose of following up on your enquiry
• You may opt out of Meta advertising by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pflege Career shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of income, employment, or career opportunity resulting from visa rejection, employer decisions, or program non-admission
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Errors or delays in third-party processes outside our control (embassies, recognition authorities, employers)
• Technical issues, interruptions, or inaccuracies on our website

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid to Pflege Career for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share your personal documents, visa-related information, or application details with unauthorized parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the consultancy agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: Written notice of termination must be provided. Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable.
• By Pflege Career: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client provides false information, engages in misconduct, or fails to meet agreed payment obligations.

Upon termination, all access to our resources and guidance will cease. Any third-party processes already submitted on your behalf will continue independently.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pflege Career reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and good faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.
